Vlaams Roodbruin - Oud Bruin

Vlaams Roodbruin or Oud Bruin - Flemish Red-Brown is a beer of mixed fermentation which means that it was cut with beer of spontaneous fermentation. Afterwards, it matured on oak barrels (= foeders), this brings this specific South West Flemish Red-brown beer. The typical taste is characterized by a balance of fruity hint (top fermentation) and soft sour hint (spontaneous fermentation) and has a refreshing and distinct thirst quench
