De Struise Brouwers | Barrel Aged Beer

The “Struise” concept is based on creativity, innovation, quality, sustainability and friendship. In 2001 we started our journey into the beer world. It all started at De Noordhoek, an ostrich farm in the middle of the fields of Lo-Reninge. Our very first beer was born there. Struise Witte became an old style wheat beer. “Struise” is taken from the Flemish slang for ostrich. Our coat of arms therefore depicts a proud ostrich surrounded by a knight's helmet, shield and feathers.
