Brewery Kestemont | Lambic Beer

In 2016, the former Goossens brewery was purchased by the Kestemont family, born and raised in Pajotten. Three years later, lambic is started on oak barrels. In 2021, a brewing room will be set up to make the first brews of home-brewed lambic. After half a century of absence, we can once again smell the scent of cooling wort in the streets of Pede, restoring part of the region's history.
