Brouwerij Eylenbosch | Geuze - Lambiek Bier
Eylenbosch is coming back to life in 2019, after nearly 30 years of hibernation. Founded in 1886 by Emile Eylenbosch in Schepdaal, the Eylenbosch brewery grew in the last century into one of the most important producers of lambic and gueuze, reaching an absolute high point at the 1958 World Expo. After that, lambic beers increasingly lost popularity in favor of industrial pilsners. Eylenbosch closed its doors and ceased production in the early 1990s.
