DANSAERT, is the new spontaneous and mixed fermentation program of Brussels Beer Project, aged in barrels! It took more than half a century to see a new brewery dedicated to spontaneous fermentation in Brussels. With DANSAERT, BBP has the ambition to make the cultivation of lambic and wild fermentations popular again.​
