Flemish Red Brown - Old Brown

Vlaams Rood Bruin – Oud Bruin is a mixed fermentation beer. The beer is aged in oak barrels (= foeders), which results in this specific South West Flemish red-brown beer. The typical taste is characterized by a balanced balance of the fruitiness of the top fermentation with the soft sourness of the spontaneous fermentation beer and has a refreshing and pronounced thirst-quenching aftertaste.
