3 Fonteinen Nocturne Season 20/21 is an assembly of dark full malt beers and traditional lambic produced by 3 fountains. Spontaneously mistaken. Matured in oak barrels. Long storage in bottle.
 
Nocturne is a spontaneously fermented full malt beer. Not a typical lambic beer, but our take on a Flemish Old Brown. The beer was brewed with five different barley malts, from pilsner malt to dark roasted malt, and no wheat at all. This batch was brewed in March 2018 with more dark chocolate malt and sat in barrels for four years before we blended it with a small batch of freshly brewed Nocturne. The weighted average age of this beer at bottling is 45 months.
