Brut - Champagne Beer

Brut beer of Champagne Beer is brewed in two fermentation periods and an exclusive champagne yeast is added together with white rock sugar. Beer champagnizing is a very precise procedure, because during refermentation twice as much sugars are fermented in the bottle, which significantly increases the risk of exploding bottles. Thanks to a controlled refermentation on bottle via manual “remuage” ("clearing") and “dégorgement” ("deyeasting") a sumptuousness and sparkling brut beer is produced.
