Lambiek Fabriek

Lambiek Fabriek is a young member of the Geuze family. The lambic brewery was founded in 2016 by Jo Panneels and Jozef Vanbosstraeten. Jo Van Aert joined the duo in 2017.   Lambiek Fabriek brews all its lambic itself in a 100% documented manner. The word 'Factory' in the name refers to the street name where it all started. The first warehouse is located along the Fabriekstraat in the Leeuwse borough of Ruisbroek.
