For this raspberry lambik blend 11, 12 and 13, only two and three year old lambics have been macerated and blended, sourced from three barrels and seven brews, and three different specific raspberry varieties. For this raspberry lambic, 3 Fonteinen used Glen Carron - grown and hand-picked in Flanders - for almost four months. The weighted average age of this fruit blend at bottling was almost 27 months. The final percentage of fruit used is 333.33 grams per liter of finished raspberry lambic.
