3 Fonteinen Strawberry from locally grown and hand-picked strawberries soaked in young lambic. Then blended with three-year-old lambic. The weighted average age of this strawberry lambic is over 19 months at the time of bottling. The fruit share is 350 grams of strawberries per liter of finished strawberry. Half of the grains we use in brewing come from our Cereal Collective.
