For this Druif, 3 Fonteinen macerated Sylvaner grapes from Harth+Harth for over four months in an oak barrel. Only two and three year old lambics were used, which brings the weighted average age of this blend to over 26 months. The final fruit intensity clocks in at over 584 grams of grapes per liter. Almost 80% of the grains for the five brews came from local farmers.
