For this blackberry, 3 Fonteinen Huldenberg has cultivated and hand-picked blackberries soaked for almost four months in very old lambic. This blend consists of more than 20% three-year and 60% four-year lambics, which brings the weighted average age at bottling to over 31 months. The final fruit intensity is 360 grams of blackberries per liter of finished Blackberry.
