Lambiek Fabriek  Fontan-Elle is a specific, unfiltered blend of home-brewed lambics, spontaneous fermentation, matured in oak barrels. This blend consists of lambics of +/- 2 years old and selected on the basis of their specific aroma. 
 
This lambic brewery was founded in 2016 by Jo Panneels and Jozef Vanbosstraeten. Jo Van Aert joined the duo in 2017.   Lambiek Fabriek brews all its lambic itself in a 100% traditional way. The word Lambiek Fabriek in the name refers to the street name where it all started. The first warehouse is located along the Fabriekstraat in the Leeuw district of Ruisbroek.
