 Oude Geuze, Traditional unfiltered blend of home-brewed lambics, of spontaneous fermentation. Made with different vintages of lambic, aged in oak barrels. Full and elegant taste with a typical Brett character and moderate in its sourness. Lambiek Fabriek is the youngest member of the Geuze family. This lambic brewery was founded in 2016 by Jo Panneels and Jozef Vanbosstraeten. Jo Van Aert joined the duo in 2017.  Lambiek Fabriek brews all its lambic itself in a 100% traditional way. The word 'Factory' in the name refers to the street name where it all started. The first storage location is located along the Fabriekstraat in the Leeuwse sub-municipality of Ruisbroek.
