Tilquin Gueuze in Magnum Bottle of 150 cl. Spontaneous fermentation beer that is a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic. Not filtered and not pasteurized. This beer is refermented in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months. The taste is sour and dry, but has a certain roundness that makes this Oude Geuze particularly accessible to non-experts. Fans of the genre also prefer this Oude Geuze for its sweet complexity. It also has a slight dry bitterness due to the youth of the oak barrels used, which still release a little tannin. It has a fresh lemon scent.
