3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze assembly - blend no. 60 season 20|21 with bottle date 08/07/2021. For this specific Oude Geuze we mix lambic beers from four different barrels and five different brews. Among the barrels an Amontillado and an Oloroso sherry cask. Three of the lambics were almost three years old, accounting for almost half of the blend. In this way, the weighted average age of this blend at bottling is almost 23 months. Two thirds of the blend is lambic beer brewed by us. Of that brewing volume, almost half of the grains came from and around the Pajottenland.
