 Kriek Mariage Parfait is a traditional unsweetened, unfiltered “Oude Kriek” from Lembeek. Kriek Mariage Parfait is prepared from heavily brewed young lambic to which 400 grams per liter of fresh wild cherries are added. The resulting cherry lambic ripens for 6 to 8 months in oak casks. After natural clarification, this beer is bottled, after which a secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle.
 
 After six months in the bottle, the Kriek Mariage Parfait is finished. An intense and complex beer such as Kriek Mariage Parfait can be perfectly combined with hearty stews and game and is a unique alternative to a dessert wine or aperitif.
