Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°8 brings back the typical long, dry aftertaste, yet very full-bodied taste that we are used to from Boon Black Label. With a very fresh citrus touch and pleasant sparkle, you can describe the Boon Black Label N°8 as an elegant, easy to drink, tender Oude Geuze. In addition to its fine sparkle and bright golden color, the Black Label N°8 is also characterized by an aroma of grapefruit that is beautifully surrounded by soft acids.

This Edition N°8 was bottled on June 16, 2022. The assembly is a mixture of lambic aged one, two and three years in oak casks.

The Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°8 is a perfect aperitif beer. It is certainly also an ideal Gueuze to enjoy with patience. It goes perfectly with fish dishes, such as combinations with oysters, salmon or mussels
