The old authentic lambic (Den Herberg - Devillé) is brewed according to an ancient tradition. Brewed with dedication and craftsmanship in the Zenne valley. Fermentation and maturation took place in the heart of Brussels just above the Zenne (in the basement of the Halles Saint-Géry). A maceration of 450 grams of local strawberries per liter of lambic gives this beer its typical nose and taste. Thoroughly enjoy.
