 Gueuze with a fine sparkle. A pleasant aroma with a fresh tart taste and notes of green apple and precocious grapes. The beer has a long finish and is beautiful in the finish balance. Lambic brewers used to use white or red line to identify their beer. The bottles were stacked in long rows and then marked with a chalk line. Geuze, proud of the Pajottenland, was given a white stripe.
