 Dame Jeanne Brut Royal Bourbon is a digestif based on Dame Jeanne Brut d'Anvers. A brut beer according to the traditional champenoise method, with clarification and defermentation in the bottle and then a dosage liqueur d'expedition of " "Elijah Graig Small Batch Bourbon". An intense taste experience where the natural flavors of brut beer mix with warm flavors of Bourbon with notes of vanilla, sweet fruit and a subtle smoked taste. 
 
 Elijah Craig Small Batch is a Bourbon pioneer who  the first distiller to age his whiskey in oak barrels. The Master Distillers manually selected the correct number of barrels for which  Elijah Craig will mature. This expertise and attention to detail give Elijah Craig Small Batch the right balance of rich flavor and full body. Each "small batch" has a unique taste of warm spices and a subtle smoke flavor.
