BZART Lambic from the Oud Beersel brewery is a natural, sparkling lambic beer of Belgian origin. The beer is then matured in the bottle for at least nine months before being finished according to the 'Méthode Traditionnelle'. The yeasts are removed from the bottle by applying 'remuage' and the 'dégorgement' methods. Typical for Bzart Lambiek is that before applying the final cork and muselet to the bottle, no sweetening takes place by adding a 'liqueur d'expédition'. This results in a sparkling lambic brut beer with an overwhelming taste palette.
