Gueuzerie Tilquin

Located in Bierk (Bierghes, Rebecq), in the Zenne valley, Gueuzerie Tilquin is the only Gueuze blendery in Wallonia. Freshly brewed wort, purchased from various producers in the Region (Pajottenland and Brussels), is pumped into oak barrels to ferment and mature for 1, 2 or 3 years. Since 2021, Gueuzerie Tilquin has also been brewing its own lambic beer from spontaneous fermentation.
