Tilquin Oude Roussanne  is a grape lambic based on 250 grams of Roussanne grapes per liter of lambic.
 
Gueuzerie Tilquin, located in Bierghes in the Zenne valley, is the only Gueuze distillery in Wallonia. A gueuzerie, or Geuzestekerij in Dutch, is an enterprise where Gueuze à l'ancienne (or Oude Geuze) is put into / mixed. Freshly brewed wort is purchased from various producers in the region (Payottenland and Brussels), and pumped into oak barrels for fermentation and maturation, for 1, 2 or 3 years.
