De Dochter van de Korenaar

Brewery De Dochter van de Korenaar, Baarle-Hertog, Belgium. The name refers to old Mechelen chronicles, it was thought that around 1550 Emperor Charles V preferred the "juice of the daughter of the ear of corn" (beer) than the "blood of the bunch of grapes" (wine). Thanks to their beer perfectionism, they brew Gastronomic Beers with their own character. In the cellar there are about 450 barrels maturing with unique special beer recipes, cellar treasures!
