 Finesse De Daughter van de Korenaar is a soft three-grain triple of barley, wheat and rye malt, with a slightly sweet, spicy hoppy taste.
 
 “Pure Oak Series” matured in 'Virgin Oak' barrels; or barrels that have never been used, so new. The barrels can be used up to 3 times and
 new oak barrels are simply pricey. These kind of beers were
 at most used as a cut beer to give it some more 'oak character'
 of barrel-aged beers. For two years now, De Dochter van de Korenaar has been experimenting with maturation in new oak barrels. The resulting beers are one of a kind. The robust tannin-rich oak flavor and the round vanilla notes given off by the wood create uncut diamonds that often only come into their own after several months of refermentation in the bottle.
