 Sans Pardon is a classic, heavy bittersweet 'Imperial Stout' at 11% vol with a hint of 'Rooibos'. Sans Pardon is one of the heaviest full-malt beers from the brewery. Black as the night, with a creamy head. The high alcohol percentage complements the coffee and chocolate notes in the beer. The 'Rooibos' gives the beer that extra touch of fruitiness. Without mercy the tastiest. Sans Pardon tastes great with spicy hard cheeses.
 
 Sans Pardon is one of the Pure Oak series where beers are aged in 'Virgin Oak' barrels; or barrels that have never been used, so new. The resulting beers are one of a kind. The robust tannin-rich oak flavor and the round vanilla notes given off by the wood create uncut diamonds that often only come into their own after several months of refermentation in the bottle.
