The old authentic lambic (Den Herberg - Devillé) is brewed according to an ancient tradition. Brewed with dedication and craftsmanship in the Zenne valley. Fermentation and maturation took place in the heart of Brussels just above the Zenne (in the basement of the Halles Saint-Géry). This refermentation allows us to mix the flavors of lambic of different ages. It transforms our lambic into gueuze by giving it a refreshing fizz!
