 My Farmer Heritage in barrels, walls and stories from the past. An old family tradition died out, a fresh wind stirs a new one. Brewery Eylenbosch Huizingen. 1876-1965. Finally my first lambics. Farmer by education, nature as education, lambic as canvas. I found teachers for passion and craft. Creativity in orchard and field. A future and a new generation for our Boerenerf van Eylenbosch.
 
 Flemish Kriek: The two cherries originated  from two Flemish fruit growers. Full fruit, fermented and aged in oak barrels. Carefully blended with lambic brewed from ancient local grains. Wheat contribution from own yard. Wild and spontaneous natural beer.  400 grams of fruit per liter of lambic.
