3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze assemblage - blend no. 46 season 21|21 met bottle date 01/03/2022. For this Oude Geuze, lambics come from five different barrels and eight different brews. More than 85% of the blend consists of old lambics, the oldest lambic of which was brewed in mid-November 2018. The weighted average age of the blend was 24 months after bottling. Almost 40% of the blend consists of 3 Fonteinen brewed lambics. Almost 90% of this was brewed with grains from Pajottenland, from our own Cereal Collective
