In July 2020, "Terf" saw its debut. This local wheat beer was brewed by Brasserie de la Senne in Brussels using old wheat varieties from the grain network of Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen in Beersel, Brabant. A portion of the brew was immediately bottled and sold out immediately. Another portion matured for three years in oak lambic barrels. In November 2023, this "matured" Terf was ignited with young 3 Fonteinen lambic, in a 55/45 split. This Wilde Terf is the result of collaboration between brewers and farmers around Pajottenland varieties and a fair income for the farmer.
