This Platinum Blend is a blend of only young lambics and four-year-old old lambics from six different brews and two different barrels. A quarter of the blend consists of lambics brewed with our own grains from different Brabant fields. The weighted average age of the blend is over 21 months and the oldest lambic was brewed in early 2017.
 
3 Fonteinen have added some local honey from our own beehives to the blend. 100% 3 Fountains brewed lambic.
