Geuze - Lambiek De Cam is the only Gooikse geuze producer. Steker Karel Goddeau honors the long tradition of this Gueuze blending with great passion and dedication. Due to the small scale of the " Gueuzesteker ", De Cam's Oude Geuze is a very exclusive product. Lambic is aged in large oak barrels that are more than 100 years old. After 1, 2 and 3 years, the lambic is carefully tested, mixed and bottled into gueuze. A carefully mixed Gueuze with flavors reminiscent of a Champange.
