Dansaert - Distant Echoes, a red brown beer that has matured for 16 months in Bordeaux & Bourgogne barrels. Then macerated for 2 weeks on Sauvignon Blanc & Sauvignac grape pulp. Then aged in the bottle for 10 months. Lots of red fruit and spicy flavours.
