Le Jerome is a natural cider made from 75% French bitter sweet cider apples and 25% Belgian Jonagold apples. The cider is naturally fermented without any additives and fermented into a dry cider. Le Jerome Brut Cider has a beautiful sparkling mouthfeel with a firm taste bite and a long finish. A wonderful aperitif, preferably with terrine snacks.

Our orchard is located in Bellem in East Flanders.
Production takes place in Lievegem.
