Word from the brewer: A classic that should not be missing from our range. Home-grown and freshly picked raspberries from the Pajottenland, sweet and full of flavour. We add them entirely to one-year-old lambic, approximately 350 grams per litre. After four months of maturation in barrels and a secondary fermentation in the bottle, this gives a beautiful colour that instantly reminds you of summer. Extremely suitable as an aperitif, pure or mixed with some prosecco. Your next brunch will undoubtedly impress the mimosa lovers among you.
