Cider Lambic. BBP worked together with Verger du Nord. Spontaneously fermented cider contained several varieties, 70% pears and 30% apples. Blended 50/50 with BBP one year old lambic (fermented in Bordeaux casks) and aged together in a chestnut cask for 7 months before bottling.
