Christmas Beer - Gouden Carolus Christmas edition - 33 CL bottle. For more than 35 years we had to miss the Christmas beer, but in 2002 the tradition was restored and we brew the Gouden Carolus Christmas again. The beer is characterized as a strong, characterful dark brown beer with 10.5% alc.vol. This beer is already brewed in August and then rests for a few months to achieve an optimal taste balance. The addition of 6 exceptional herbs and the use of 3 types of hops make this Christmas beer a class apart, a beer of world class.
Noblesse VSOP | De Dochter van de Korenaar | 33cl | ABV: 5.5%
De Dochter van de Korenaar Noblesse VSOP is a Belgian Blonde beer of 5.5 vol % and has matured for 8 months in 'Villiers' jenever barrels and 8 months in the bottle. Noblesse VSOP is therefore crystal clear, and has a very refined light bitterness of juniper and hops. The beer is refreshing, soft and has a sufficiently long aftertaste. A perfect thirst-quenching tasting beer.
St.Bernardus Christmas Ale is a dark seasonal beer, full of wintery characters and flavours, which is brewed every year for the end of the year period. The beer has a beautiful dark brown color that is crowned with a cream-colored head. Christmas and chocolate are an age-old, but golden combination. The Christmas Ale is therefore a 'perfect match' with all kinds of (chocolate) desserts. Even in the game season, the Christmas Ale should not be missing on the table. A little less obvious, but the Scandinavian kitchen with its winter herbs is also a perfect combination.
