3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze assemblage - blend no. 79 season 20|21 with bottle date 28/09/2021. This special blend of Oude Geuze consists of lambic beers from six different barrels and eleven brews. Almost 10% of the blend consists of four-year-old lambics and almost 40% three-year-old lambics. This brings the weighted average age at bottling to approximately 20 months. While blending we also added some acacia honey. Of the lambics brewed by 3 Fonteinen, 75% was already brewed with local Pajot-grown grains and a third with Belgian hops.
