 Bersalis Kadet - Session Tripel is a light and refreshing top-fermented beer full of flavour. The noble taste of the barley malt is rounded off with a fruity touch and a hoppy character.
 
 Bersalis Kadet Oak Aged matures further in wooden barrels after the main fermentation.
 For this, barrels were selected in which Lambiek van Oud Beersel was previously matured. Due to the presence of the Pediococcus and Brettanomyces in both the barrel and the ambient air, the beer undergoes a second fermentation in the wooden barrels. This creates a Brett character and creates a fresh sourness in this light bitter beer.
 After maturing for 12 months in wooden barrels, this unique beer is refermented for a third time in the bottle, resulting in an optimal taste experience.
