 Lambic fruit based on Apple - Quince - Peer. Aged in oak barrels in the Eylenbosch farm - Het BoerenErf.

 The cider has a lot of body and texture because of it and the long maturation. A soft tannin pulls completely dry, with an illusion of sweetness due to the aromatic characteristics of quince. The fresh apple tart completes the picture.
