 Lambic - Kriek - Cider. Harvest  2021. Gorsem cherry lambic mixed with cider.
 
 As the sister of the Kriek, it is blended for its thirst-quenching character. After maceration and wood maturation, the cherry lambic was diluted with young cider, instead of young lambic, to the desired character. 
 
 This Kriek is a real thirst quencher. The soft character, light body and fresh acidity provide a thirst quencher on sunny days. The cider aroma is present and nicely balanced with the kriekenlambiek
