Het Boerenerf Kriek  | 75cl | ABV: 7.0 % | Harvest 2021
 
 This Kriek is prepared by the maceration of young lambic with fresh cherries. The cherries are added in the morning after picking. After maceration, the kriekenlambik undergoes further maturation in oak barrels in the Eylenbosch - Het BoerenErf farm.
 
 The Gorsemse Kriek is a Belgian variety, the second best of course.  After Schaerbeekse, the most interesting and complex to work with. 
 
 An authentic Kriek, the fresh acids support the fruity notes and cherry aroma.
