Traditional Oude Geuze with a fruity nose and a hoppy touch! Oude Geuze Oud Beersel is a traditional lambic beer that is made according to a traditional method and enjoys European protection. The Oude Geuze is created by cutting Lambics that have matured for several years in wooden barrels. The Oude Geuze Oud Beersel distinguishes itself by a typical fruity and hoppy touch. A radiant golden yellow color and a soft foamy beer. The aromas are complex with a typical scent of wild yeasts. The taste traditionally combines a pleasant bitterness with the acidic yet soft character of the spontaneous fermentation and its complex subtleties.
Spontaneous fermentation beer that is a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic. Not filtered and not pasteurized. This beer is refermented in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months. The taste is sour and dry, but has a certain roundness that makes this Oude Geuze particularly accessible to non-experts. Fans of the genre also prefer this Oude Geuze for its sweet complexity. It also has a slight dry bitterness due to the youth of the oak barrels used, which still release a little tannin. It has a fresh lemon scent.
Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait is a traditional unsweetened, unfiltered Oude Geuze from Lembeek. Once a year, Brouwerij Boon makes a mixture of different large barrels of Lambic of 3 years old. This Lambic is specially_cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ brewed and has a high fermentation rate. After maturing for 6 to 12 months in the bottle, this gives a special “Oude Geuze” of up to 8 Vol. %Alc.

Oude Geuze is a controlled designation of origin and the name is protected. 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is an assembly of one, two and three-year-old traditional lambics, fermented in the bottle. Thanks to the spontaneous fermentation, the long maturation in oak barrels, and the continuous evolution in the bottle, a distinctly complex and elegant beer is created. Lambik and Gueze are a rich living heritage, characteristic of the Senne valley! Ungel filtered and unpasteurized.
