The complex taste of the Brut d'Anvers can best be described as dry, fruity and fresh. You can recognize notes of citrus, grapefruit, apple, pear and lychee, to finish with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
Fourchette is living beer. We use noble hops and unique yeast varieties. We master the process of top fermentation, natural lagering and secondary fermentation like no other. The taste of our beers is guaranteed to continue to evolve for a long time to come.
Fourchette is delicious with all kinds of dishes. A scientific analysis of Fourchette shows that people will experience its taste mainly as fruity (yeast culture) and floral (wheat beer). Connoisseurs also distinguish flavors of citrus, coriander, cloves and grapefruit
Brut Nature is a copper colored 'Brut Style' beer. The use of wild yeast (Brettanomyces) ensures a pleasantly dry and “lively” beer with a low sugar content. The beer evolves in the bottle and can be stored for a minimum of 5 years (upright in a cool room).
By using dry hopping with Belgian hops, the fruity and spicy character of the 5 hop varieties comes to the fore. The result is a dry, mildly bitter beer with a fine aftertaste.
The different fermentation stages, top fermentation and refermentation in bottle with wild yeasts require a brewing process of at least 3 months
The Belgian 888 Tripel Eight is an easily drinkable hoppy blond beer with 8.8% alcohol. The taste is fruity and slightly spicy, not dry and not sweet. Connoisseurs discover banana and very subtly, some coriander. The citrus flavor enhances the freshness of the beer. The semi- to full-blown specialty beer has a pleasant aftertaste.
The ingredients of the beer are Belgian yeast, one hop variety, barley and malt. The 888 Tripel Eight comes in a black longneck bottle and is best served in a large glass of 888 Tripel Eight – Belgian beer.
