 The Koninck Oude Geuze is stabbing young (1 year old)  Lambic and older Lambic  (2 - 3 years old) with a second spontaneous fermentation in the bottle.  Geuze Brewery De Koninck officially stopped brewing in 1977, but today Brouwerij Boon continues to brew according to the original recipe. Currently for sale at liquor store Dekoninck in Buizingen.
