Finesse De Dochter van de Korenaar is a soft three-grain tripel of barley, wheat and rye malt, with a slightly sweet, spicy hopiness.
 
“Pure Oak Series” matured in 'Virgin Oak' casks; in other words, barrels that have never been used, so new. The barrels can be used a maximum of 3 times and
new oak barrels are simply pricey. These kinds of beers were
at most used as a cutting beer to give it a little more 'oak character'
of barrel-aged beers. For the past two years, De Dochter van de Korenaar has been experimenting with aging in new oak barrels. The resulting beers are one of a kind. The robust tannin-rich oak flavor and the round vanilla notes given off by the wood create uncut diamonds that often only come into their own after several months of refermentation in the bottle.
