This blond abbey beer, refermented in the bottle, is somewhere between a drinkable and a tasting beer. A bouquet of fruit colors the nose. Citrus, malt, fruit and hops seduce the taste buds. The party ends with a long, dry aftertaste.

Smell/aromas: Sweet malt, hints of tropical fruit (banana) and citrus (orange), impressions of hops, light mineral touch.
Taste: Playful mouthfeel, pleasant bubbles, nice malt attack followed by a fruity and slightly bitter touch, again a mineral hint, nice dry aftertaste.
