For this Oude Geuze, 3 Fonteinen blended lambics from four different barrels and five different brews. Two-thirds were brewed by us, with only grains from Pajottenland. More than 63% of the blend consists of three- and four-year-old lambics, which means that the weighted average age of this blend at the time of bottling is over 32 months. One of the barrels used was a Fernandez-Gaao Oloroso barrel
